OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Time is always Precious – Yours and Ours. We understand that at times unusual events occur which may prevent you from keeping your allocated schedule, therefore should you find it necessary to change your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice so we may reschedule a convenient time for you and our Beauty Therapist. Should you not be able to meet your appointment or cancel in less than 48 hours you may forfeit the total cost of the booked treatment.
